Klewel, webcasting partner of the Lift16 conference
“Davos may dwarf it, but Lift is the edgier of the Swiss events”, Wired UK Events Guide.
Lift Conference is one of Europe’s key events about innovation and digital technologies. It features a special blend of inspiring speeches by some of the world’s best speakers, exhibitions of interactive media projects and prototypes to play with… and the legendary Fondue! You were not there? Well, you can experience it as if you were in the plenary room in Geneva. All the plenary sessions are available on demand (day 1, day 2). Brian Solis and Caecilia Charbonnier (photos) were part of the inspiring keynotes, talking respectively about the experience when business meets design and a life in motion. We also recommend you to have a look at the session on Blockchain the technology behind bitcoin with many more applications beyond financial transaction management. Klewel is webcasting partner of CICG Geneva International Congress Center.

MassChallenge Startup Summit
Lift and MassChallenge Switzerland joined forces to present the MassChallenge Startup Summit, a gathering of the most exciting Swiss and international startups as well as leaders from the entrepreneurial and political ecosystems. The MassChallenge Startup Summit is a yearly event awarding the most promising company graduating from the MC acceleration programs in Boston, London and Israel. This year to celebrate Switzerland’s entrepreneurial talent, and mark the launch of MassChallenge Switzerland, several startups were selected, among them MC alumni as well as a selection of “the 50 Swiss startups in which to invest” initiative by Bilan Swiss magazine to join the event. For this exclusive event, after a first round of selection, around ten startups pitched their projects to the audience composed of experienced entrepreneurs, investors and academics. TwentyGreen (image below) won the MassChallenge Switzerland Acceleration Program, selected by a jury composed of representatives from Swiss Economic Forum, Fongit Swiss incubator and industrial experts.
